SHOOTING LAB — limited spots

Focused Thursday nights for grades 3–5 and 6–8. Small coached groups (max 6) concentrating on shooting technique, consistency, and scoring.

Sessions include:

• Fundamentals: footwork, hand placement, release, follow-through, balance

• Catch-and-shoot, off-the-dribble, pull-ups under game pressure

• Shot selection, spacing, and creating high-percentage looks

• Finishing through contact and on the move

• High-rep drills with immediate coaching feedback

• Competitive games and timed stations

• Measurable goals
